Where is A-1 Self Storage?

What are the hours of operation?
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What time can I access my storage unit?
Tenants have access to their storage unit from
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
No one is allowed in the building after closing, so we’ll make an announcement and ask that tenants leave soon after.
How do I make payments?
Make payments online or visit the facility. If you pay at the facility, we only accept cash payments in exact change, or a cheque. Take advantage of our automatic payment program using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. This is a great way to avoid late fees and trips to the office.
What happens if I can’t pay my rent?
If rent is not paid, we have the right to deny tenants access into their property until their bill is paid.
What products do you offer?
We have boxes and other packing supplies available for purchase in our office. We also offer:

How many storage sizes do you offer?
We offer 18 unit sizes ranging from 20 to 550 square feet.
Do you offer interior storage?
Yes, our entire facility is indoors. Our temperature controlled self-storage (our facility is heated in winter) protects your items from intense cold. Since they’re enclosed your belongings will also be safe from water, dust, dirt or pests.
What security measures are taken?
Our entire facility is monitored with state-of-the-art security systems that ensure our team is always on top of what's coming in and leaving our facility. We’re also an indoor facility with staff monitoring all available access hours. We provide quality and strong padlocks as well.
Do you offer storage insurance?
No. However we recommend you contact your insurance provider for coverage and additional peace of mind.
What types of leasing options do you offer?
A-1 Self Storage offers month-to-month leases and long-term leasing options. We don’t rent out units for less than a month so if you plan on moving out before the month is up be prepared to pay for the entire month.
How do I go about vacating my unit?
Please get in touch with someone at the office the day you plan on moving out to ensure that all of the proper paperwork is filled out. You must vacate your unit, the day before your rent is due or pay for the entire month.
